Community Service\, Tour and Lunch Social! \nEvent Details \n\nDate & Time: December 5\, 2026 @ 8:30am\nLocation: Porsche Hunt Valley\, 10260 York Road\, Cockeysville\, MD 21030\nWhat do I bring? New\, unwrapped toys\n\nWe are not charging an entry fee for this 3-in-1 event! \n  \nWe are happy to partner with our friends at Linda’s Legacy\, Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital\, and Porsche Hunt Valley again this year!  \nLast year our region and its members sponsored over 250 backpacks! \nLet’s make it 300 this year! \n✓We will meet at 8:30am on Saturday\, December 5th at Porsche Hunt Valley to socialize and to join the assembly line to pack the backpacks!  Also\, bring your gifts of new\, unwrapped toys for the Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital. \n✓Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital will again be a recipient of our annual toy drive in support of their 13th annual Holiday Toy Shop.  Please enjoy shopping for the hospitalized children and bring your new\, unwrapped toys and place them under the tree at Porsche Hunt Valley.   A list of age-appropriate and acceptable items can be found at https://www.mwph.org/giving/wish-list. \nThank you\, in advance\, for your donations and helping the hospital spread holiday cheer. \n✓We are collecting donations to sponsor backpacks to support Linda’s Legacy. Linda’s mission is to provide those in need in Anne Arundel and Baltimore Counties and Baltimore City with hats\, mittens\, scarves\, thermal underwear and socks. \n(see below for how to donate). \n✓After the backpacks are full and the trucks loaded\, we will go on a Tour through the back roads of Baltimore County. The tour will end at Kecco’s Neapolitan Woodfire Kitchen in Reisterstown\, Maryland. Lunch seating will be reserved for the first 50 people who register for the lunch segment. Anyone after that will be put on the waiting list and may not be guaranteed seating with the group. Please note that lunch will be at your own expense. \n  \nAbout Linda’s Legacy \nYour $25.00 donation sponsors one backpack filled with warm clothing and other necessities to people in need in a responsible and respectful manner. \nLinda’s Legacy is a recognized 501(c)(3) charity. Washington Pediatric Hospital Wish List Toy Drive \nPlease bring new\, unwrapped toys for the toy drive. \nMt. Washington Pediatric Hospital provides long-term care for children with complex health problems. Their annual Holiday Toy Shop provides a shopping experience for hundreds of inpatient and outpatient families.  The toy shop will be open on December 17 and 18.  Visit their website at https://www.mwph.org/giving/ways/wish-list \nAbout the Tour & Lunch \nThe drivers’ meeting will begin at 10:15am\, and the first group of cars will be launched by 10:30. The tour route will be about 50 miles long and will take about 90 minutes to drive. All the cars should reach the lunch destination\, Kecco’s Neapolitan Woodfire Kitchen in Reisterstown\, by about 12 noon. Lunch goers will be able to choose their food from the menu. Each couple or individual will be billed separately.  \nRegistrants wishing to join the lunch should fill in the number of participants in their party in the “Attending the Lunch Social” segment. \nAll tour participants must sign a Waiver.

SUMMARY:Tech Event-Extraordinary Garage Tour
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nPlan for the biggest and best Garage Crawl ever.  It will be held on December 12th and will encompass three magnificent facilities.  It will be held in the Monkton area.  Because of the viewing time necessary it will have a lunch break in the middle of Crawl. \nIn order to be sure our members from far and wide have an opportunity to attend we are currently planning on starting at 10am with 9:30am early arrival for coffee and donuts. \nWe will have space for 40 vehicles and 80 people.  We will expect single attendees to help by taking at least one person with them or riding with another person.  Registered participants will receive the meeting place address before the event via email. \nAs this event is planned for about six hours\, lunch will be in the middle of the crawl.  When you register you will have the choice of six sandwiches and two fruits for a box lunch. \nVarious beverages will be available at the lunch location.  The registration cost which includes lunch and a beverage will be $20. Be sure to pick your sandwiches and fruit when you register. \nRegistration will open on Sunday October 18 at 6pm and close on December 2 at Midnight. \nThe tech team wants to thank Bob Rassa for being the progenitor of this event and Magic Marsha Buss for setting up the registration. \nWHEN and WHERE \n\nWHEN: SATURDAY\, December 12\, 2026 10AM to 4PM (coffee and donuts at 9:30)\nWHERE: Monkton\, MD – first garage address shared prior to event to primary registrants\nTIMING:\n\nMeet at first garage at 10AM\nLaunch meeting starts at 10:20 AM\nWe will have the opportunity to select an optional box lunch during registration.\n\n\n\nREGISTRATION: \n\nRegistration opens 6 PM EST on Sunday October 18th for Chesapeake PCA members only.\nYou will need to register the driver and your passenger who will take part in this event.\nThis event will be limited to 40 cars with 2 people per car (i.e 80 people). Carpooling is anticipated as there is limited parking space.\nThe cost is $20 which includes a box lunch and drink\n\nEVENT RULES \nThe launch meeting will also review the rules of this event which include: \n\nNo public release of the address of the facility\nNo public release of photos and/or videos. That includes not only the cars and boats\, but the inside and outside of the facilities.
