DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nBlack Ankle Wander \nPCA-CHS 2026 Tour & Rally Event No. 14 – Thursday\, Sept 17 \nIn keeping with the theme of the weekday wander tours\, we are going to drive some of the better roads of Howard\, Carroll and Frederick counties and end at a destination that would typically limit our ability to accept registrations due to space.  We will have a terrific drive\, lunch\, and optional wine tasting\, and vineyard tour as described below. \nThe destination is Black Ankle Vineyard in Mt Airy\, Maryland.  Why Black Ankle?  Kim and I have been a fan of this winery for many years.  The wines are made with grapes grown only on the land owned by Black Ankle.  The venue’s outdoor patio space and surrounding hills are a perfect place to enjoy a great glass of wine and lunch. \nWe will start in Ellicott City\, MD for an approximate 60 mile drive through scenic parts of Howard\, Caroll and Frederick counties.  Once we arrive at the Winery\, we will enjoy a buffet lunch\, which includes a sandwich\, salads\, and dessert.  After lunch\, you can go on a vineyard tour. Wine tastings and wine by the glass or bottle will be available for purchase. PCA waiver forms must be completed and signed by all\, online or on paper.
