SUMMARY:Fall into the Old Stein Inn Tour
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nJoin us for a special joint event between the Tour & Rally Committee and the Social Committee to celebrate the arrival of Fall in Maryland. Participants will have option of either a driving or non-driving tour that will be followed by a late lunch at the ever-popular Old Stein Inn. \nShould you select the driving tour\, we will use a route developed by guest Tour Master Mark Richburg. We will gather at a local coffee shop for a pre-tour Cars and Coffee and then begin our tour of Anne Arundel County in the serene Severn Run area of Maryland\, winding gently along roads flanked by lush forests and glimpses of the Severn River tributaries. Continuing southward\, the route skirts the verdant landscapes of Bacon Ridge Park\, offering passengers sights of tranquil walking trails and diverse wildlife habitats. The drive continues southeast through Davidsonville\, known for its sprawling farms\, historic estates\, and picturesque rural beauty. Travelers enjoy scenes of rolling pastures\, graceful horses\, and old barns that evoke Maryland’s agricultural heritage. The tour concludes at the historic Old Stein Inn in Edgewater\, a beloved German restaurant nestled among mature trees\, providing a cozy\, authentic dining experience with hearty cuisine and warm hospitality – a perfect ending to the scenic Maryland drive. \nShould you choose the non-driving tour option\, you are welcome to join us at the start point for our Cars and Coffee and then meet us at the Old Stein Inn for a late lunch. There are limited seats for this option. \nOur destination will be the Old Stein Inn\, a perennial favorite location for the Chesapeake Region. The family-owned Old Stein Inn serves the finest German cuisine and features a traditional Biergarten. You will be responsible for paying your own bill. Community Service\, Tour and Lunch Social! \nEvent Details \n\nDate & Time: December 5\, 2026 @ 8:30am\nLocation: Porsche Hunt Valley\, 10260 York Road\, Cockeysville\, MD 21030\nWhat do I bring? New\, unwrapped toys\n\nWe are not charging an entry fee for this 3-in-1 event! \n  \nWe are happy to partner with our friends at Linda’s Legacy\, Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital\, and Porsche Hunt Valley again this year!  \nLast year our region and its members sponsored over 250 backpacks! \nLet’s make it 300 this year! \n✓We will meet at 8:30am on Saturday\, December 5th at Porsche Hunt Valley to socialize and to join the assembly line to pack the backpacks!  Also\, bring your gifts of new\, unwrapped toys for the Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital. \n✓Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital will again be a recipient of our annual toy drive in support of their 13th annual Holiday Toy Shop.  Please enjoy shopping for the hospitalized children and bring your new\, unwrapped toys and place them under the tree at Porsche Hunt Valley.   A list of age-appropriate and acceptable items can be found at https://www.mwph.org/giving/wish-list. \nThank you\, in advance\, for your donations and helping the hospital spread holiday cheer. \n✓We are collecting donations to sponsor backpacks to support Linda’s Legacy. The tour will end at Kecco’s Neapolitan Woodfire Kitchen in Reisterstown\, Maryland. Lunch seating will be reserved for the first 50 people who register for the lunch segment. Anyone after that will be put on the waiting list and may not be guaranteed seating with the group. All the cars should reach the lunch destination\, Kecco’s Neapolitan Woodfire Kitchen in Reisterstown\, by about 12 noon. Lunch goers will be able to choose their food from the menu. Each couple or individual will be billed separately.  \nRegistrants wishing to join the lunch should fill in the number of participants in their party in the “Attending the Lunch Social” segment. \nAll tour participants must sign a Waiver.
