SUMMARY:Porsche Owings Mills Restoration Challenge
DESCRIPTION:PCA Chesapeake Tech Session\nREGISTER HERE\n\nJoin us on March 14 for a special PCA Chesapeake event showcasing our two entries in the 2026 Porsche Restoration Challenge. Attendees will get an up-close look at both cars and an overview of the restoration philosophies\, categories\, and plans for each build.\n\n  \nOur first entry is a 1993 911 Carrera 2 Cabriolet\, finished in Midnight Blue Metallic over Cashmere leather with 84\,000 original miles\, competing in the Individualization category. This project will focus on creating a truly unique 964 through thoughtful custom interior and exterior modifications\, while returning the mechanical components to their original performance and reliability.\n\n  \nOur second entry is a 1992 911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet\, finished in triple black with 86\,000 original miles\, entered in the Preservation category. This highly original example will be treated as a time capsule\, with careful attention given to necessary repairs and sympathetic refurbishment\, all while maintaining its originality\, character\, and historical integrity.\n\n  \nDuring the event\, we will walk through both cars in detail\, discuss our planned approach for each restoration\, and explain how the projects align with their respective Restoration Challenge categories.\n\n  \n\nWHEN and WHERE \n\nWhen: Saturday\, March 14\, 2026\, 9:30am – 11:00am\nWhere: Porsche Owings Mills\, 11309 Reisterstown Rd\, MD 21117\n\nREGISTRATION \nRegistration is now open and will close at midnight March 13th\, register on https://www.motorsportreg.com \n\nChesapeake PCA members and their guests must be registered and confirmed to join this event.\nNo registration fee\nRegistration will be capped at 80 attendees.
