Chesapeake PCA Autocross Needs Your Help!
Having successfully completed the 2018 CHSPCA Autocross season….
Preparations for next year are now in full swing…
Unfortunately, as a result of changes to their national policies regarding the rental of their facilities, the Lincoln Technical Institute will not be able to host us for the coming season.
For that reason, we are conducting a comprehensive search of the Chesapeake Region for a suitable site and we need your help.
WHAT WE NEED:
- A site that is approx. 400ft x 400ft or larger with at least some additional space for parking, grid, and equipment setup.
- The ideal lot will also have a solid, smoothly paved surface and have a limited number of light polls, drainage grates, and other obstructions.
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?
We need to identify possible site locations and no one knows this region better than Chesapeake Member? So we would appreciate it if you would rack your brains and help us come up with some options.
- Do you know an industrial site that is empty on the weekends, a large parking facility, or state or federal government property that is vacant?
If so, please let us know!
- Perhaps you are a commercial realtor and know of an available property that could be suitable…
If so, then please speak up.
We are currently pursuing a number of possible options, but with your help we will find the best possible setup for years to come.
